Michael Aharon
Michael Aharon is an Argentina-born, Philadelphia-raised, New York-based composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist. He has composed the scores for numerous award-winning films, including, most recently, WYETH, a feature documentary for American Masters on PBS. As a music producer and arranger, his film credits include Jonathan Demme’s PHILADELPHIA, James Foley’s period drama TWO BITS (starring Al Pacino) and Ed Burns’ THE BROTHERS MCMULLEN.
He has scored hundreds of TV commercials for clients including Bayer, Comcast, KFC, Verizon and Showtime, and in 2008, The Philadelphia Phillies and Barack Obama, who went on that year to win The World Series and Presidency, respectively.
